Description:
Welding oscillator is mainly suitable for MIG / MAG (GMAW), TIG (TIG), plasma welding and other welding torch swing. The oscillator input and output interfaces can be easily left with a combination of welding positioner, welding wheel frame welding and the like using a cross-arm automatic or semi-automatic welding, for welding fillet welds, pressure vessels, flanges, steel,  shipbuilding, piping, etc., can replace a large number of skilled welders, access to quality and efficient welding process.

(2) Adopt stepping motor drives the screw transmission, high control precision, long service life.

(8) Each set of welding technology in the oscillation amplitude, swing speed and swing left stop, swinging middle stop and swing right can be set separately.
(9) Can work alone and also can on-line work. It reserved input and output interface, The input interface controls the start and stop, the output interface controls welder or other equipment’s start and stop.
(10) Each oscillation parameters can be modified during the whole swing process, and can adjust center position according to the field situation without stop.
(11) Can adding manual/pneumatic adjustment slider for swing parts according user’s requirements, which improve automatic level.
