This listing is for a lot of 2 vintage Bb soprano clarinets. These are
being sold as is for restoration, parts, or decoration. Neither one is playable in its current condition. They would both require full overhauls to be made playable.
The first one is a Pedler. This one is wood, and it has the matching logo on all four parts. There is a crack in the bell, which runs from top to bottom, but is held tight by the rings. There is also a much shorter crack in the lower joint, which is held sufficiently tight by the tenon ring. There are no chips to the tenons or tone holes. All of the rings fit tight. The keys are all moving freely, and rebounding properly when released. The pads and corks are completely shot. The case is in fair condition.
The second one is a Guy Renee. This one is hard rubber, with a mis-matched plastic barrel. There is no damage to the body. All of the rings fit tight. The keys are all moving freely, and rebounding properly when released. The pads and corks are completely shot. The case is in poor condition.
Neither of these instruments comes with a mouthpiece, ligature, or any other accessories. You get what you see!
Please feel free to email me with any questions.
Thanks again for looking!
Note to international buyers:
Due to the current global pandemic, international shipments via USPS mail are experiencing significant delays. This is due to lack of available transportation (ie. mail is normally carried overseas as cargo on commercial passenger flights, however the flight schedules have been slashed). European buyers have experienced wait times of up to 2 months for shipments to arrive. If this potential wait presents a problem for you, please refrain from purchasing at this time. I sincerely apologize for this, unfortunately unavoidable, inconvenience.
