Have you ever looked at something and asked yourself...why isn't this marked?! We are asking ourselves that very question. This has all the feel of a high end, Mexican or US Southwest bit. It has all the look, feel and style of a Fleming bit. We are not saying it is, but this bit is clearly from a heck of a maker. This bit came from an incredible collection of high end bits, so we have no doubt this bit is something special. Incredible silver work on this one with a large floral engraved side concho that has petals continued on the bit. Very classic California style shank that measures 8". 5" mouth with hooded port with copper roller, port measures 2". There is even engraving on the stabilizer bar. Comes with a pair of 42" reata style plaited rawhide with 11" rein chains. This is an older piece, but in great condition. Bit and rein chains are in excellent condition, reatas show normal use and are quite soft. Nice weighty bit with great balance and feel. This is a cow horse legal bit! Very refined look, very high end feeling, and in excellent used condition. All silver tests silver. This stunning bit is show ring ready but would look fantastic as part of a collection.
