    Antique 19th c. Japanese O Tsuzumi Taiko Noh Double Bucket Drum Music Instrument
    RARE traditional Japanese
    Taiko Noh theater
    barrel-shaped hand drum.
    Two drum heads with cords that can be squeezed / released to adjust pitch of the drum.
    Each drum head is made from leather stretched over an iron ring.
    The barrel is painted cherry or bamboo wood with twisted wood binding.
    Both drum heads are painted with the mitsudomoe symbol.
