Antique Hand Painted Porcelain Blue Rose Dangle Earrings 12K Gold Filled

These are such a beautiful and delightful pair of Antique earrings. They are light weight and very Victorian. They are Hand Painted Porcelain Dangle Earrings where in the front they have little blue roses painted on them. They are 12K Gold Filled I believe since I don’t know what the markings mean but tried to take a close up picture of the stamps on the back.
Note that the backs where lost so I placed new rubber ones as a replacement. These are perfectly useable antique jewelry,
