Carleton Sheets No Down Payment Real Estate CD Investment Kit w/ Bonus VHS Tapes

Description

The CDs, VHS tapes and the workbooks are all still sealed in shrink wrap but it looks like the set was stored in a garage.  The binder for the workbooks has wear, the plastic wrap on the CDs is torn on the front.
