Serial number appears to be 30, under the F# key (see photos) and another 0 above it. No serial number lists survive from this company. Best guess is this is a very early Boehm system clarinet, post 1925. The anchor cartouche is very interesting.
I do not know if this is an Ab or Bb clarinet. It is not marked and I am not a clarinet player.
The barrel has "Alexandre Paris" which means it is potentially not original to the clarinet? Same for the mouthpiece and ligature. The mouthpiece is marked "Steel Ebonite Reg.U.S.Pat. Office The Woodwind Co. New York." This particular mouthpieces seems to be sought after on its own.
Upper Joint, Lower Joint, and Bell appear to be original to the over-all clarinet.
Out of concern I would damage the clarinet, I did not put it together because the cork requires replacing.
