New and never used, the album measures approx. 13½" w x 12¾" high and the keepsake sleeved pages are approx 12' x 12".
It does have a slight Ding/dent in the front cover, but it is hardly noticeable. It also has a ding/dent in the back cover that has broken the material slightly. I have tried to picture both of them. Buying as is and these are why the price is so low!!
