The FresherVent is a fresh air vent that automatically opens when fresh air flow is needed in a house, then closes when demand ends.
If exhausted air is not replaced, indoor air pressure drops resulting in drafts that typically flow into a house past windows, doors, wall outlets, and potentially sewer drains.  When the drafts are cold, condensation often forms.
Many states' building codes require make-up air for exhaust fans, as well as the International Residential Code (IRC).
