    Description

    Here we have one a very old rod by Hibbard, Spencer, Bartlett & Company. 9 feet long, soft old wet fly action.
    This rod has an incredible swelled butt and a flat tip top - an indicator of some serious age!
    HSB was in business from 1853 until 1932 when it morphed into True-Value, and the short-lived Rev-O-Noc brand was introduced in 1902. All sections full length, was stripped down for a refinish. Include original shaped form including the bag! With a cleanup and re-do this thing would be really cool. Sheet cork grip, pretty neat old rod.
