They say use of shoe trees are the ultimate way for a gentleman to protect and extend the life of his shoes.
They are very very lightly used - if used at all.  Please refer to the photos for further description of condition
You can see from the photos how to adjust for size - using a Phillips screwdriver.  The plastic white plugs are removable so he can customize the trees.......i.e. shoe pinches on little toe, put plug in to  stretch the shoe.
