Vintage "Nestorod" Salt Water 2 Piece Fishing Rod
Vintage Finish 5’8” Long. Very cool rod. Original finish alligatored but intact.
Handle is either oak or hickory and the rubber butt piece is intact.
The metal has some discoloring and a bit of tarnish but really it’s quite good.
Guides seem good and solid as well.
It’s not a Shakespeare who came out with the first commercially available rod
but I am guessing it is from the 1950's
Scrapes, scratches and some wood finish loss from age and use
