SHIPPING
Shipping rates apply to the lower 48 United States only. We will honor shipping rates to all freight forwarding companies in the lower 48 United States for all international buyers in areas not covered through the Global Shipping Program. Buyer is responsible for all set up and details including rate quotes with their chosen freight forwarding company. Please make sure the shipping address listed in Paypal is confirmed and correct.
PAYMENT
Shipping fees will be waived for all buyers that choose to pick up their purchased product at our Retail location. Products being picked up must be picked up within 48 hours of payment! Products that are not picked up within 48 hours will be returned and the customer will be refunded via Paypal minus a 20% restocking fee. International buyers - Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the items price or shipping charges. These are the buyer’s responsibility. Rates for approved international locations in the Global Shipping Program may be found in [shipping details] on the listing. For those locations that are not approved or listed with the Global Shipping Program and would like to use alternative shipping can check with their country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. RETURN POLICY
After receiving the item, contact seller within 14 days. Refund will be given as money back. Buyer pays return shipping. No returns for international orders or used items. Domestic orders can return if returned in 3 days and if item is unused and in original condition. Buyer pays for shipping both ways. Refund will be made via Paypal after item is received and found to be in the original condition minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
