new hobart 371902b pc motor power control board - old stock item

this is a hobart 371902b motor power pc control board
i have had these sitting on my shelf for about three years and i know they were already an old stock item. the outer boxes show wear and are dirty- the board is still in the anti static bag and is still sealed. i will stand behind these boards to work. i have sold all kinds of old stock items and have not a problems yet.
ask other questions you have --- do not buy and then turn around and leave me bad feedback or ratings by stars bc you feel this isnt new. i am telling you the items is new and sealed the boxes are rough. this is old stock-- if you do not agree, do not buy
