The WhisperFit DC FV-0511VFC1 with Condensation Sensor is an ENERGY STAR rated ventilation fan that is super quiet and energy efficient plus it provides automatic moisture control. The Pick-A-Flow Speed Selector gives you the option to choose either 50, 80 or 110 CFM making this fan customizable to your needs. The single hinged Flex-Z Fast Installation Bracket provides flexible, fast and easy ceiling installation in 3 steps. This fan is ready for a 4 in. duct and includes a 3 in. duct adapter if needed. This is your perfect choice for remodeling and/or new construction or renovation from below the ceiling.
Powerful: the ECM DC motor with SmartFlow technology ensures optimal CFM output and desired airflow
Sound: extremely quiet less than 0.3 sones at 50 CFM, 0.3 sones at 80 CFM and 0.8 sones at 110 CFM when using 4 in. duct
Moisture control: advance sensor technology detects relative humidity and temperature to anticipate dew point automatically turning the fan on to control moisture, a delay timer runs the fan for 20 minutes when power is first turned on and after 20 minutes it turns off automatically unless moisture level is above the trigger point and the fan automatically turns on
Construction: low profile housing design at 5-5/8 in. deep, fits in 2 in. x 6 in. construction
Installation: alignment guide slides housing in place for a tight fit; temporary clip holds fan in place, so installer has 2 hands free to insert motor; templet to assure hole size and protect parts from dust; and slide and snap-in junction box and duct collar
Certifications: UL Listed for tub/shower enclosure when GFCI protected, and Home Ventilating Institute (HVI) certified
Code compliant: can be used to comply with ASHRAE 62.2, LEED, IAP, and California title 24
