    Description

    Phillipson Powr Pakt Vintage bamboo spinning / fly rod - Excellent Condition - Rare Find.
    7 ft., 4 3/4 oz. This rod was lightly used by my uncle and he left it to me as part of his estate. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is superb.  Overall condition is excellent - and there appears to be a bit of paint on the butt of the rod (see pic) - a mystery to me.  This rod comes with the original sock and a premium metal tube.  You will notice that the grip, ferrules, tip, etc. are all is excellent condition.  The grip has a bit of discoloration from normal wear/use.  I'm selling it because I don't need it.  My hope is that it will end up in the hands of an angler/collector who will appreciate this truly fine example of a 20th century bamboo fly rod.
