Cute little spaniel figurine handmade by Ron Hevener. In good condition with no repairs or broken parts. Does have a couple small chips (see photos) these are mildly noticeable. Signed "HEVENER" on the back. Made of some kind of stone powder or plaster type mixture. Painted and then glazed.
