Lovely hand-made, hand-painted drum from Morocco. This small drum is made by the Berbers of North Africa and is traditionally held in front of the heart and played with the fingertips. Its gentle tone makes it perfect for storytellers, and its size, 6"x 6"x 3/4" makes it easy to take along wherever you go. Painted on both sides, the frame is wood and the natural skin is sewed on.
