I offer you this Unique BUTTERFLY Brooch/Pendant. This was designed by a jeweler Liana SWERDLIN, out of Washington, D.C..It was made c.1980 in such a way as to simulate marcasites by cutting the Sterling in the manner shown. Although it is not marked, it most definitely is of STERLING SILVER. It can be utilized as either a Brooch or Pendant. The Butterfly weighs approximately 7.3 grams. Measured as depicted in the photos. With the price of Silver taking off , now is the time ! Also, quite a Nice Conversation piece!
