Unique Vintage? Handmade? small drum 4" wide x 6.5" tall

Description

This listing is for a unique small drum.  It is 4" wide (the drum part, not the decorations) x 6.5" tall.  It may be vintage, I'm just not sure.  It may be handmade, again, I'm just not sure.  It may have a cool back-story...I wish I knew.  It has a good sound!
Our home is smoke free and pet free, but I cannot guarantee that all items have always been in a smoke free and pet free environment.  I am sensitive to smoke smell and will note it when I notice it.  I do try to describe things as well as I can, but please don't hesitate to ask any questions.
