    Description

    This auction is for an original 1940’s South Bend Split Bamboo Model 24-9 Fly Rod with original Sleeve and Tube. The 9 foot fly rod is in very good vintage condition and comes with the extra tip section. The original wraps on the guides are in excellent condition. This model was designed for Trout and Bass. The South Bend tube is in good condition with some vintage wear as shown in the photos. The top on the rod tube is a little loose and can come off when unscrewing the cap.
