Item is in overall very good condition.  The cover has a bit of age discoloration and there is a little bit of marks on the bottom middle edge of cover from either box or tissue paper.  Inner pages look great.  Its been stored in its original box with original tissue.  The box is in fair condition with several side splits, age discoloration and shelf wear.
