This listing is for a vintage Kingfisher? I am pretty sure it is a kingfisher, it only has partial decal, but that's what it looks like to me. This is a 3 piece rod, no tube or sleeve. The handle section is 37 inches, mid is 36.5 inches, tip is 36 inches. The rod is in pretty good shape, there is some wear to the rubber end cap and I believe the first guide on the handle section is missing, or it may be how rod is designed, not entirely sure.  I am not a fly fisherman, I just know enough about these things to be dangerous, if you have any questions, please ask I will do my best to answer!
