    NEVER USED! (5-pieces) vtg Split Bamboo Fly Rod (assembled as 2-pc or 3-pc) 6-WEIGHT
    The 3-piece section has an extra tip. It is 96" total and I figured it out to be a 6-WEIGHT rod. As you can see it is genuinely impressive. There is some preservative where the ferrules meet and it doesn't look like it has ever been assembled or used. They don't appear to be scratched from assembly. Please look at all the hardware. When it is assembled as a 2-piece it is 64" and I don’t know what to call it - it is stiff of course and certainly no longer a fly rod at 64" but it still has the reel mounting for a fly rod. Does that make it a casting rod? or a trolling rod? Or what? I don’t know. The tiny metal loop near the reel seat (that you attach your hook to) I broke off using it as a lever when I was trying to assemble it. Simply careless. Please supersize and inspect everything and you can tell it’s pretty impressive!
